How are you going to protect your peace today? Here are my tips: Don’t procrastinate! When you feel moments of stress, breathe in through your nose for 4 secs and breathe out your mouth for 4 secs. Kindly distance yourself from people that lower your energy and your vibration. When you feel down, call a friend you know who will cheer you up (but don’t depend on this move – seek and find ways to uplift yourself on your own). Find peace by going for a walk and getting out in nature. Turn off your phone. Read an inspiring book. Be silent- Be still. Rest. 🌸⁣

There are so many ways to find peace and ways to protect your peace. When you have found your perfect way, hold on to it and continually practice your method until it becomes natural. 🤟🏾⁣
